In episode 21 I was able sit down with comedian Rob Wilfong and Executive Chef Eric Polhamus. We were able to meet at Eric's restaurant, La Petite Pierre in the charming neighborhood of Madiera Ohio. La Petite Pierre is a small restaurant that sits 40 and they do an amazing job with what they have.
Rob talks about how he got into comedy, he process of writing, and his love for his own jokes.
Eric discusses how he got started as a chef, his process of creating a dish, and how he had to break up a fight at his restaurant.
